1. New Faculty Appointment: Dr. Swati Chatterjee joined the Department as Assistant Professor on November 1, 2023. We extend a warm welcome and look forward to her valuable contributions.

2. A day trip to the Indian Museum is to be organised for Semester III & V  in mid- March 2025. Interested students are requested to give their names to the HOD, Professor Rabi Ranjan Sen by 10 th March 2025.

3. For any suggestion/ complaint, students are requested to submit the same in a written form (signed) to Dr. Anup Polley, teacher-in-charge of the grievances in the Department.

4. To avail the facilities of the seminar library, students are requested to contact Professor Tupur Banerjee, teacher-in-charge of the Departmental Seminar Library.
